Time to shop?
Do you know when it’s time to get new sneakers?
A good marker for a runner is to replace your shoes every 350-550 miles. (this number may range pending on running surface, person’s bodyweight, and their running style)
However many do not keep track of their mileage–one of the biggest things is to listen to your body, if your feet, knees or shins are hurting after a run you should probably get some new running sneaks.
Try the TWIST TEST!
If you can easily twist your shoe your mid soles are worn out and it is time for new shoes. So whether you do weight training, run, walk, job, give you sneakers a good twist and see if it’s time to shop!
Hope this helped clear the air of any questionable shoes you may be working out in!
