What the TTF philosophy means to me. The TTF philosophy has been a way of life for me. As owner I take great pride in trying to inspire clients to be the best version of themselves in and out of the gym. It has taken me close to ten years to create such an outstanding culture where people are treated as family and respected well. My clients mean the world to me and because of them I’ve built a life for myself and my family that I rarely want to take a vacation from. TTF is a dream come true for me that I cherish everyday.
Most influential person for me was my mother. She raised me, my two brothers and sister on her own. She taught me how important self confidence is. I owe all my achievements to my mom who showed me the importance of hard work , dedication and being nice to people.

He's not only a father to me, but also a mentor, a friend, my personal therapist and my role model. His love for his family, his passion to succeed and his sense of humor has changed my life for the better. He makes me want to be a better person everyday.
The Training Floor is truly like my second family. Becoming part of the TF culture essentially means becoming part of a family that will support your fitness journey. This is not only a gym but a support system. I know I can rely on other staff here to motivate clients and myself when needed.
