What the TTF philosophy means to me. The TTF philosophy has been a way of life for me. As owner I take great pride in trying to inspire clients to be the best version of themselves in and out of the gym. It has taken me close to ten years to create such an outstanding culture where people are treated as family and respected well. My clients mean the world to me and because of them Iโ€™ve built a life for myself and my family that I rarely want to take a vacation from. TTF is a dream come true for me that I cherish everyday.

Most influential person for me was my mother. She raised me, my two brothers and sister on her own. She taught me how important self confidence is. I owe all my achievements to my mom who showed me the importance of hard work , dedication and being nice to people.

My favorite movie is 300

The Training Floor is truly like my second family. Becoming part of the TF culture essentially means becoming part of a family that will support your fitness journey. This is not only a gym but a support system. I know I can rely on other staff here to motivate clients and myself when needed. The culture here means encouraging our clients to reach their fitness goals and helping them believe in themselves even when they never thought they could accomplish such feats . I believe if you surround yourself with success you will becoming successful!!

Most influential person: The most influential person in my life would have to be my mother. She has taught me important values in life. She has taught me what itโ€™s like to be strong, compassionate and loving. She is a hard worker and instilled in me that you can accomplish anything you set out to do. She is the most selfless person I know. She is consistently positive and always willing to help anyone around her
