What is Kettlebell?
Kettlebell will transform you with workouts like you have never had before. This total body workout combines vintage strongman movements with cardiovascular exercises. Using a weighted kettlebell, clients will perform swings, cleans, and overhead presses. Form and technique are the most important aspects of learning kettlebell. The instructor will teach you the proper movement patterns to be successful with this type of training.
This class requires prior experience with a kettlebell. Cardio and strength is emphasized in this class which builds upon the basic kettlebell movements. In order to participate in this class you must pass a series of workouts.
