Membership options



New members must take 3 personal training sessions within their first 30 days  before entering small group sessions. This helps to take the guessing out of how workouts are run. Upon completion the new member may take classes for the remainder of the 30 days.


Bronze Membership

Small Group Training, 3 times a week, Monthly Goal Session and Personalized program.


Gold Membership

Four Small Group Training a week, Monthly Goal Session, Myzone performance monitoring , Online workouts, Monthly Nutrition advice.
