Membership options

 

Foundations

New members must take 3 personal training sessions within their first 30 days  before entering small group sessions. This helps to take the guessing out of how workouts are run. Upon completion the new member may take classes for the remainder of the 30 days.

 

Silver Membership

Small Group Training, 3 times a week, Monthly Goal Session and Personalized program. 3 Personal Training sessions to start.

 

Gold Membership

Unlimited Small Group Training per  week, Monthly Goal Session, 3 Personal Training sessions to start , Monthly Nutrition advice.

Platinum Membership

Unlimited Small Group Training a week, Monthly Goal Session, 3 personal training sessions to start , Monthly Nutrition advice. 2 Personal Training sessions per week.
