Foundations takes the guessing out of how are classes are run .

Our Classes are different everyday, and they are built on the fundamentals of human movement. During these one on one session your coach will prepare you for every workout offered in our classes.

We push, pull, lift , carry, drag, throw, run, row in hundreds of variations Every day is a full body workout built around the general domains of fitness:

Strength, Cardio, Endurance, Stamina, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance and  Accuracy.

The Training Floor groups are coach led and full of interaction. Coaches will teach and inspire every day, and your training partners will encourage you to your best. This is how you get fit fast- and you'll have fun doing it.



 Additional Information

  • There will be a 24 hour cancellation policy in place for all classes. If you fail to cancel within the time range you will be charged.
  • All clients must sign up online.
  • All classes will start on time.
