What is Strength Class?

We offer this class for all fitness levels. There is a beginner and advanced class. Our  workouts are  design to increase overall strength. Strength conditioning is one of the most innovative forms of training that's sweeping the nation. Dumbells, barbells and hack bars are some of the tools utilized to shape and tone your overall strength and appearance. You will perfect squats, presses, deadlifts and pull ups. Please check with your instructor before signing up for the advanced class. We love to teach our clients proper form!
