What is Strength Class?
A total body workout design to increase overall strength. One of the most innovative forms of training that is sweeping the nation. This class has dumbells, barbells and hack bars are some of the tools used to shape and tone your over strength and appearance. You will perfect squats, presses, deadlifts and pull ups. This is an advanced class so please check with instructor before signing up.
