The Training Floor Challenge

Recently trainer Leighton Edwards was bringing his clients through a vigorous workout. Leighton had his client take a stack of risers and run across the floor and stack them some where else. I was amazed at the level of cardio his clients were reaching. I incorporated this exercise into a station in one of my workouts with some advanced clients and added 60 seconds  on the timer. No one could  finish!
