Recently we started our classes on the new side of the gym. We have added some special additions to your workouts, new sled, monkey bars, rope climbs….
So, how’s your workout in the new side? I watch you giving it your all and that makes us happy. Does the new atmosphere drive you; do you feel different on the new side?
