George’s Protein Pancake Recipe

2 scoops muscle provider protein powder (chocolate or vanilla)
1TBS coconut flower
1tsp baking powder
1TBS vanilla extract
3 egg whites
1/2 c finely blended oatmeal
1/2c almond milk
Add water for desired consistency

Mix and spay pan with coconut Pam spray or use coconut oil, pour and make your pancakes at medium to low heat.
