This class is a 45 minute circuit . Each exercise is geared toward a separate body part. This total body workout will bring your fitness to the next level.

What I really enjoy, is that they (the trainers) help you with the class. Because you know, sometimes I feel like giving up and you know when I do, and you guys help us to finish whatever set we are working on.
