There at it again!

They are at it again!
On, January 30 the Training Floor runners began their year with the Winter Wonderland 5 mile Road Race in Milford, CT. This was Niki’s first road race ever. The ladies all finished with great times.  Hard work does pay off! The Results were:
Jenn: 39:24  Grainne: 41:21   Cat: 43:05  Niki: 44:33
Also, on February 12th Grainne, Alecia M, and Jenn ran a 4 mile road race in Stratford, Ct to benefit the YMCA.  In the cold 22 degree hilly course, the ladies still were faster than previous runs! Nice job!

Jenn 31:58, Grainne 32:51 Alecia 38:47
