The get up slowed down!

Last week I had the honor of earning my RKC certificate. I learned a great deal in that weekend. I was pleased to work with the very best in the business and be educated by them. One of the most important elements I brought back from that weekend was to slow my clients down during their kettlebell workouts. The get up is the first exercise taught in Kettlebell and should be performed slow with perfect form. Lea is going to show you how the proper technic is used to do a get up and watch her swings at the end.
