Plan Ahead!

Diet will make or break our workout routines; the number one excuse is time!
We don’t have enough time to prepare foods between work, kids, school coming, life, and or whatever it maybe.
Always be prepared with some healthy snacks on hand in the fridge or freezer to avoid nibbling on foods that do not promote good health– this is help you avoid those binges on the vending machine!
Summer months do get hot and as tempting as ice-cream can be there are many other ways to crave the cold/sweet craving! Below are some fun, healthy but creative examples of simple things that you can either make within seconds or have prepared to grab on the go!
  • Frozen watermelon cubes
  • Frozen grapes
  • Frozen circles of honeydew and cantaloupe
  • Raw cauliflower
  • Raw almonds
  • Fruit kebabs
  • Veggie kebabs
  • Celery or apple with peanut butter
  • Bag of tuna add lemon juice or balsamic
  • Hummus or fresh guacamole with a few pita chips
