- 60 jumping jacks
- 20 spiderman pushups
- 20 lunges
- 20 spider steps
- 60 sec wall sit
- 60 sec plank
- 10 explosive burpee pushups
- 50 in total high knees
repeat 3x with 30 second rest only after completing all 8 exercises. no rest in between the exercises though.
Raise the heart rate, hit the arms, abs, and legs and keep your busy routine flowing!
