Kettlebell Concept Workshop
Now is your chance to learn kettlebell and kettlebell circuit. Many of you may shy away from kettlebells because you think that they are too hard. Also, some of you have learned kettlebells at other gyms and are not yet comfortable with them. Now, is your chance to get a firsthand experience with kettlebell exercises that will change your body.
Introducing, The Kettlebell Concept: This two hour class reviews every aspect of kettlebell from A-Z. We will begin by learning the right way to use the bells. It will also include direct instruction of proper swings, correct form for get ups, and safe ways to perform cleans.
The class will be divided into two parts; the first hour reviews proper form, speed, and different levels of weight needed to be successful in class. The second hour will consist of circuit exercises such as TRX pulls, barbell lifts, and sled movement. This circuit is a combination of strength and speed drills are proven to get your heart rate up and your body stronger than ever.
This class will be taught not just by me, but also clients from the advanced classes on hand to demonstrate and assist with proper form. Upon completion of this class you will be eligible to attend kettlebell circuit class as well as level 1 Kettlebell /TRX.
