My 5 Fitness Tips

Eat breakfast as soon as you wake up (attack your metabolism)

Stretch before and after exercising(reduce chances of injuries)
-
Try to eat all carbohydrates before 5pm(help reduce your size)
-
Cut down on rest time in between sets( step up your cardio )
-
Drink at least 5 glasses of water
