My 5 Fitness Tips

  1. Eat breakfast as soon as you wake up (attack your metabolism)

  2. Stretch before and after exercising(reduce chances of injuries)

  3. Try to eat all carbohydrates before 5pm(help reduce your size)

  4. Cut down on rest time in between sets( step up your cardio )

  5. Drink at least 5  glasses of water
