Easy Marinated Lemon Rosemary Chicken

  • 4 lemons juiced
  • 2-3 Sprigs of fresh rosemary (1 Tbsp of dried)
  • ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1tsp black pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves chopped


Strip the rosemary sprigs.

In a small bowl combine all ingredients. Add more oil if needed to coat chicken.

Place chicken in the bowl making sure it is completely coated. Let chicken sit for at least 4 hours or overnight for more flavor.

Chicken can be prepared either grilled or baked.

Serve with steamed vegetables and brown rice.
