3 sets of each group of exercises: (1,2,3)

Group 1

  1. 10 walkouts to a push up ( you can add more push ups each rep)
  2. 20 jump squats
  3. 40 bicycle kicks

Group 2

  1. 20 Alternating front lunges
  2. 10 push ups or 20 seconds worth of push ups
  3. 12 Super Planks

Group 3

  1. 25 sec elbow plank
  2. 20 T-Rows
  3. 15 Half Burpees

Group 4

  1. 20 Shoulder Taps
  2. 30 Single leg Bridges R
  3. 20 Super mans
  4. 30 Single leg Bridges L

Group 5

  1. Run in place or Jump rope 40 seconds
  2. 30 Skaters
  3. 20 Gate Swings
  4. 5 Burpees

Drink 80 0z of water, Get up and go outside, Create a bedtime wind- down routine, Put down your phone 20-30 mins

Ab travel workout:

Do exercises 1-12 then go back through it 2 more time🔥

  1. Bike Kicks
  2. Side Plank/ Thread the needle (21 each side)
  3. Wall Sit ups
  4. Elbow Plank (30sec)
  5. Sit and reach for foot 12
  6. Alternating Straight leg kick and reach (30)
  7. Wall tap with a push up(8-10)
  8. Burpees 5
  9. Super Planks 8
  10. Walkouts 10
  11. Skaters 20
