3 sets of each group of exercises: (1,2,3)

Group 1
- 10 walkouts to a push up ( you can add more push ups each rep)
- 20 jump squats
- 40 bicycle kicks
Group 2
- 20 Alternating front lunges
- 10 push ups or 20 seconds worth of push ups
- 12 Super Planks
Group 3
- 25 sec elbow plank
- 20 T-Rows
- 15 Half Burpees
Group 4
- 20 Shoulder Taps
- 30 Single leg Bridges R
- 20 Super mans
- 30 Single leg Bridges L
Group 5
- Run in place or Jump rope 40 seconds
- 30 Skaters
- 20 Gate Swings
- 5 Burpees

Drink 80 0z of water, Get up and go outside, Create a bedtime wind- down routine, Put down your phone 20-30 mins
Ab travel workout:
Do exercises 1-12 then go back through it 2 more time🔥
- Bike Kicks
- Side Plank/ Thread the needle (21 each side)
- Wall Sit ups
- Elbow Plank (30sec)
- Sit and reach for foot 12
- Alternating Straight leg kick and reach (30)
- Wall tap with a push up(8-10)
- Burpees 5
- Super Planks 8
- Walkouts 10
- Skaters 20
