My top 5 secrets to help get you back into shape are:

Do extra cardio before or after your workout.

Park your car farther away then normal.

Control your breathing when exercising ( inhale slow exhale more)

Take a tougher class (cardio boxing , strength and agility , kettlebell) on top of your normal workout routine

walk run! Walk for 2min and run for 1.5 min
